THE SITUATION

Your clients are asking for AI. You're the one who has to answer.

Every marketing agency is getting the same three questions right now — can you build us a chatbot, can you automate our follow-up, can you do voice agents. Saying no costs you the work. Saying yes costs you sleep.

01

Turn the work down

The safest option and the most expensive one. You watch a client take their AI budget to an agency that can deliver it, and you find out later they took the rest of their spend with them.

02

Hire a freelancer

Fiverr and Upwork are full of people who can build one thing once. They vanish mid-project, they don't document anything, and when it breaks in month three you're starting the search over.

03

Hire a developer

A good one costs more than the margin on the work. You're now managing a technical hire, reviewing code you can't read, and carrying the salary through the months where nobody's asking for AI.

There’s a fourth option. Bring in someone who’s already built this fifteen times, keep your name on it, and never touch the technical side yourself.

CAPABILITIES

Four things I build, and what they actually change.

Every one of these has shipped for a real agency and is running in production right now.

01

AI voice agents

Inbound and outbound calls handled at volume — qualifying leads, booking appointments, answering the calls your client's front desk misses. In one language or two.

PROOF

Built bilingual German–English agents for InseedAI, wired to live hotel room inventory. Built inbound and outbound automotive agents for Personamize AI.

Vapi · ElevenLabs · Retell · Twilio

02

CRM and pipeline automation

The full GoHighLevel build — dashboards, onboarding flows, follow-up sequences, and the connective tissue between every tool your client already pays for.

PROOF

Automated Personamize AI’s entire GHL operation and client onboarding, removing day-to-day manual work from four accounts.

GoHighLevel · n8n · Make · webhooks

03

Custom AI systems

The builds that don't fit a template. Scraping, monitoring, competitive intelligence, content pipelines — systems that watch something continuously and act on what they find.

PROOF

Built Lumina Web3 a price-monitoring engine and a trend-detection system scraping TikTok, Amazon, and Pinterest against live sourcing data.

LLM orchestration · custom scraping · Slack · Sheets

04

Full-stack development

When the system needs to be a real product — frontend, backend, database, auth, payments. Built properly, documented, and handed over.

PROOF

Built McGen Digital a complete billing platform from scratch. Live in production, 14 active users, $8,000+ processed.

Next.js · Supabase · Stripe · Railway

THE PROCESS

What happens after you say yes.

No discovery phase that takes three weeks. No scope document nobody reads. Here's the whole thing.

20 MINUTES

The call

You tell me what your client asked for. I tell you whether it's buildable, what it'll take, and roughly what it costs. If it's not a fit, I say so on the call rather than sending a proposal.

48 HOURS

Scope and price

You get a written scope — what's being built, what it connects to, what it costs, and when it ships. Fixed price. No hourly billing, no scope creep conversations three weeks in.

1–4 WEEKS

I build

You get progress updates in whatever channel you prefer — your Slack, WhatsApp, email. You don't manage me and you don't chase me. Most builds ship in two weeks.

ONGOING

Handoff and support

The system goes live under your brand with documentation your team can actually read. If it breaks, I fix it. If your client wants changes, you know where to find me.

HOW WHITE-LABEL WORKS

Your client never finds out I exist.

This isn't a policy I follow when it's convenient. It's the entire structure of how I work.

Your branding, everywhere

Dashboards, documentation, login screens, email notifications. Everything the end client touches carries your name, not mine.

I work inside your channels

Your Slack, your project board, your email domain if you want it. Your client sees your team, because as far as the work is concerned, I am your team.

You own everything

Code, credentials, accounts, documentation. All of it transfers to you on delivery. There's no dependency on me to keep the system running.

NDA as standard

Signed before scope, every time, no negotiation needed. Most of my work is under NDA already — that's why this page describes systems rather than showing screenshots.

CLIENT NOTES

WHO YOU'RE HIRING

I'm Aliyan. I build the technical side so you don't have to.

I’ve spent the last few years building AI systems for marketing agencies — voice agents, CRM automations, scraping pipelines, and full products when the build needs one. Fifteen systems shipped across five agencies, all of it delivered under someone else’s name.

I work solo on purpose. Every project is scoped, built, and supported by the person you spoke to on the call. There’s no account manager translating your requirements to a developer who never talks to you, and nothing gets handed to a junior when it gets difficult.

I keep the client list small for the same reason. Two or three agencies at a time means I’m actually available when something breaks at 11pm on a Friday, which is exactly when it will.

OBJECTIONS

The things you're actually wondering.

Then I'm on the call as your technical lead, using your email, introduced however you want to introduce me. Most agencies find this closes deals rather than complicating them — having someone technical in the room answering questions properly is usually the thing that gets the yes.

Every build includes 30 days of fixes at no cost. After that, if you're on a retainer, maintenance is included. If you're not, I'll quote the fix — but in two years of doing this, most things that break are integrations changing on the provider's end, and those are usually a same-day fix.

Usually within a week, sometimes the same week. I keep capacity for one or two projects at a time specifically so I'm not quoting six-week lead times.

Always, and before scope rather than after. Most of my work is already under NDA, which is why this site describes systems rather than showing client dashboards.

No minimum retainer. The single-build option exists exactly for this — one system, fixed price, no ongoing commitment. Several of the agencies I work with now started with one build.

That's a normal call. Bring me what the client said and I'll tell you what's actually buildable, what it would cost, and what I'd recommend they do instead if the thing they asked for is a bad idea.

Yes, and this is the part most agencies undervalue. I can scope on your sales calls, help you price the work, and write the technical section of your proposal. On the embedded partner engagement this is included by default.

Stop turning down AI work.

Twenty minutes. Bring whatever your client asked for. I’ll tell you if it’s buildable, what it costs, and whether I’m the right person for it.
