Umah Creative's clients were starting to ask for the same things every marketing agency now hears — AI chatbots, automated follow-up, voice agents. Founder Mohammed Sakib Abbas could sell the idea, but had no technical backend to actually build any of it. Every request meant either turning down the work or promising something that couldn't be delivered properly.
